Never go down.

There is no reason to why you should torture yourself around negative people and places, learn how to notice when and why the energies change and keep a distance.
Never let yourself get bullied or harassed.
Maintain mental and physical boundaries.
Stand firmly in the Light.
People only do violent and unthoughtful things when emotionally altered, so stay away from altered people , try not to alter people and never get altered, stay away from any people, crowds, places, events,substances and sources that alter you negatively due to the toxicity in content; vibrational, informational and mediatic.
For your mental and physical health this is key to life.
