Peace of Mind and Feeling Good

Few people tell you that stress, worry, anxiety, anger, jealousy, envy and the whole range of negative emotions that we carry with us and deal with every day, burn you out…

It wears out the mind, body and entire soul. These emotions are all root causes of disease, a disharmony originating in being out of tune with our natural surroundings and environment which is flowing, harmonious and peaceful.


That is why it is so important to choose your food, places, activities and the people that surround you so that they enhance your life experience instead of making you feel that the events in your life are slowly killing you.


1)Put boundaries and keep away what you do not want in your life.

2) Do things that make you feel good, that enhances your life and those around you and thus benefit the World.

3) Don,t laden your body with chemical toxins (nor test how much pollution it can take before it starts reacting) breaking it down and affecting its delicate immunesystem but rather help it purify feeding  it pure food resources that  actually carry the nutrients that the organs need to regenerate perfectly and your thoughts be non-toxic and clear.
